1. Enquiry

The needs of our healthcare clients are quite specialist. An extensive initial enquiry helps ensure that we understand exactly what a client is trying to achieve. 

2. Measured survey

A healthcare client may require a measured building survey for the conversion of an existing property, a topographical survey for a new build project or a combination of the two. 

3. Scheme proposal

If an existing building is being converted we can provide scheme proposals. If a new build is being considered we can produce site plans and floor plans. A healthcare clients requirements will vary quite dramatically from one project to another and this phase of the project can be "evolutionary". We can contribute as much or as little as required, subject to when in the process you involve us.

4. Planning

The planning application process can be onerous, we benefit from working with trusted partners who provide us with all of the relevant information, allowing us to adopt the best strategy and submit the correct initial application and achieve the best possible outcome.

5. Tender documents

We provide our healthcare clients with a clear, concise and detailed tender package which can be passed on to contractors for pricing purposes. This helps achieve a set of competitive tenders where the level of detail provided ensures that all parties are pricing the same detail and not having to make any assumptions. 

6. Build Process

We often manage Healthcare projects throughout the build stage. Our post contract service includes managing the project throughout the build stages including; regular site visits, supervising work in progress, managing costs and liaising between the building company and the client. Alternatively any of the above services can be commissioned in isolation if required.
